1. Hydraulic cylinder compensation method

2. Mechanical compensation method
The mechanical compensation is to add a convex wedge in the machine work surface, which is composed of a group of convex wedges with beveled surfaces. It can be divided into manual compensation and automatic compensation, customers choose more manual compensation on the Da41 machine, and the electro-hydraulic synchronous bending machine uses automatic compensation. The mechanical compensation is calculated by the CNC system according to the size of the load force when the workpiece is bending, and the relative movement of the convex wedge is automatically controlled, so that the gap between the upper and lower molds is consistent when bending, and the Angle of the bending workpiece is consistent in the length direction.
